Mount Sorisan |

| Mount Sorisan is located in the northernmost
region of Danwol-myeon, Yangpyeong-gun,
bordering Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do.
Although Mount Sorisan is not particularly
bigger than any other mountain located
in Korea, it is sometimes referred to
as “Small Geumgang of Saneum-ri” for
its compelling scenery consisting of
sharp rock cliffs and clear, flowing
waterfalls. Specifically, the Yongsogyegok
Valley, located between Saneum-ri and
Seoksan-ri, is a resting place with cliffs,
refreshing waters and natural, pebbled
places to sit or stand. |
