The Environmental Recycling and Plastic
Museum is a museum that keeps several kinds
of waste materials collected by “Whan Lee”,
a plastic artist that used environmental
recyclable materials for several decades
and exhibited them. This is a place where
environmental recycling and a cultural experiences
can be enjoyed together in Korea
There are various materials, from the smallest
screw to a train wheel, that are impossible
to count in size and number. With materials
as valuable as antiques, it provides incredible
insight as an exhibition center rather than
as a storage space.
Also, it is possible to directly experience
and see the green magic working as it recycles
and screens ‘Green Magician/Little Gwangaeto’
(a fantasy work of peace).
Seeing an animated moving picture as an experimental
creation of an environment-friendly Gokuryo
fantasy piece makes visitors enjoy the mystery
and fun of green magic.
