Introduction
On 15000 pyeongs of land, among grass, flowers,
and trees, there is a butterfly ecological
house where about 1,000 butterflies fly.
In the exhibition hall of insects, amphibians
and reptiles, it is possible to observe
about 50 kinds of animals and about 1,000
species. In the exhibition hall, about
1000 kinds of Korean and foreign insects
are displayed.
In the caterpillar ecological school, there
are two kinds of programs including general
tour school and experiential learning center.
Schedule for experiential learning are conducted,
such as making insect, insect class, plant
class, making plant rubbing, making Korean
paper, and iris soap making class. It gives
children the chance to create ecological
fine art.
