Mt. Jungwonsan (799.8m) is located not far from the east of Mt. Yongmunsan, and there are other family favorite mountain resort places such as to the Jogye and Yonggyegol to the west and Jungwon Gyeogok (Valley) to the east.
From only a 15 minute walk from the parking lot of Jungwon Gyeogok, visitors can admire a magnificent Jungwon waterfall. It may not be over 10 m in height but its picturesque scenery surrounded by grand rocks like a folding screen catches the eye of everyone who sees it. A wide and deep pond lays at the foot of this waterfall.
